Kim, our case worker at OFA, sent this email in response to me telling her our packet was in the mail to USCIS...I am happy happy!!
I am so excited you already have that in the mail! There are 6 kids coming
home in the next 4-6 weeks so that will open up some spaces at the orphanage.
Lets just hope your little girl shows up soon! -Kim
