My parents just returned from a week-long gospel meeting at College Park Church of Christ in Houston, Texas. They were talking to a few of the ladies there about our adoption. A couple of nights later,one of the ladies brings this purse for mom to give to me as a token of support of our adoption.
The coolest thing? Angela makes these purses from fabric she buys from all over the world. This purse was made from fabric bought from Africa!
Love it!
All gestures of support, both big and small, means the world to us!
It won't be long, Angela said, until she will be getting some Congolese fabric in. You better believe I'll be buying myself and 'Baby S' matching purses then!
Did you catch that?...'Baby S'...yes we have a name but not to be revealed yet. We will be calling her Baby S on this blog until the time is right. :)
